  4. 1 tbspfresh curd
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. as neededWater
  8. For stuffing
  9. 1 cupmethi
  10. 1big onion chopped
  11. 1tomato chopped
  12. 1capsicum chopped
  13. 1carrot chopped
  14. 1lime juice
  15. 1boiled potato chopped
  16. 2 tspginger garlic and green chilli paste
  17. Salt
  18. Red chilli powder
  19. 1 tspGaram masala
  20. leavesCoriander
  21. 1 tbspbutter
  22. 1/2 tspjeera
  23. 1 pinchhing

Steps

  1. 1

    First you make a daugh

    Take a pan heat butter add jeera and hing

  3. 3

    Add onion and ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    Add vegetable saute for 2 min

  5. 5

    Add tomato saute for 1 min

  6. 6

    Add potato and salt mix well

  7. 7

    Add red chilli and garam masala mix well

  8. 8

    Keep aside

  9. 9

    Take daugh make 4 roties

  10. 10

    Take one roti spread masala on it roll the roti

  11. 11

    Fry the rolls

  12. 12

    Cut in small rolles

  13. 13

    Serve hot with green chutney
