Warm Ham And Cheddar Sandwiches With Chutney

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 tbspchutney
  2. 4 oz(or more) chopped or sliced ham
  3. 2 oz(or more) sliced cheddar cheese
  4. 8sweet pickle chips (optional)
  5. 1baguette, sliced lengthwise

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Spread chutney on 1 side of the bread.

  2. 2

    Layer ham, pickles (if using), and cheddar cheese and place the second slice of baguette on top.

  3. 3

    Cut sandwich into 2 pieces.

  4. 4

    Heat a large skillet over high heat and place the sandwiches in the pan.

  5. 5

    Use a smaller skillet lid with cans placed on the top to press the sandwiches as they heat.

  6. 6

    Heat until cheese melts.

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy!
