1 lbhamburger meat
1salt & pepper to taste
1half teaspoon old bay seasoning
2capfuls of dales seasoning
1half cup shredded cheese
1half teaspoon of meat tenderizer
1half teaspoon onion powder

Mix all ingredients together, make patties then push in center of burger to make a hole.

Fill hole with butter it shouldn't be a lot just to cover. Place in pan and cook until its done. I cooked bake beans and fries as my sides. Hope you enjoy.
