Ingredients

  • 16 ozAlfredo sauce (I like to make mine)
  • 2 cupchicken breasts (cooked & shredded)
  • 2 cupBrocolli (cooked & chopped)
  • 1 cupShredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cupparmesan cheese
  • 1 boxjumbo shells (cook as directed)
  • 1 1/2 cupspaghetti sauce (if you want)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat the over to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Boil chicken until cooked all the way through set aside and allow to cool and then shred it.

  3. 3

    Mix everything in a bowl other than the spaghetti sauce and shells.

  4. 4

    Put the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of your baking dish.

  5. 5

    Stuff cooked shells with mixture and line your baking dish.

  6. 6

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes or so, until heated throughout.

  7. 7

    Tip: if you have a small ice cream scoop makes it easy to fill shells.
