Pre-heat oven to 350 Fareinheight

Mix the butter and Sugar together (until well blended)

Add both eggs into the mixture.(mix well)

Add the vanilla extract and salt

Slowly introduce 1 cup of all-purpose flour every time you mix the 1 cup into the mixture, until all 5 cups are added.

(Crucial) Once mixture is made, cover in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Take out of fridge and form a generous dough cookie on the baking pan/ sheet

Cook until golden brown, then take out of oven and put cookies on a drying rack
