  • 1 lbhamburger
  • 1 canCream of mushroom soup
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1egg
  • 1/4bread crumbs
  • 1 tbspbutter

  1. 1

    Mix hamburger, Worcester sauce, egg, salt and bread crumbs in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Make patties and cook on each side for 5 minutes or until browned.

  3. 3

    Remove hamburger patties and drain grease. Add onion to pan with 1 tablespoon butter.

  4. 4

    After onion is tender, add cream of mushroom soup and patties. Let cook 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

  5. 5

I cooked by instructions but added sautéed onions, garlic, mushrooms cooked in butter. Also 1/2 can mushroom soup, and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Had mashed potatoes, cucumbers, fresh tomatoes. was delish! Thanks Sassy, will have again!
