It is a very nutritious side dish for chapati or any other indian breads.
Steps

First boil all the veggies together - potato, carrot, green chillies, green peas along with little salt and turmeric powder in a cooker. Give 1 whistle.

Then in a pan heat oil, add the seasonings. when it splutter add ginger garlic paste and onion thinly sliced. Now fry till onion is brown. After that add sliced tomato and cook till mushy. Add all the spice powders and mix well for 2 mins.

Now add the pressure cooked veggies into it and give a nice stir, so that the masala coats well with the veggies.

Lastly add little water along with coconut milk and boil till the gravy thickens slightly.

Yummy kuruma is ready.
