Use large spoon to scoop out avocados into a bowl.

Squeeze limes into bowl, add salt, and use whisk to mash avocados. This will be hard at first but the acid and salt will help break down the flesh and keep it from turning brown.

Add the fresh goodness to the creamy avocado meat.

Add pepper, smoked paprika and work those muscles mixing it up.

Make sure you season to your taste. Scoop into a pretty mess and devour.
