Ingredients

  1. For the bottom
  2. 1 largecan (30 oz) sweet potatoes, drain
  3. 1 can(15 oz) applesauce
  4. 1 can(15 oz) pineapple tibbits, drain
  5. Topping
  6. 1/2 stickbutter, soft
  7. 1 cupbrown sugar
  8. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  9. 1 tspcinnamon
  10. 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  11. 1/2 cupoatmeal
  12. 1/2 cupchopped nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Mix sweet potatoes, applesauce, and pineapple tidbits in casserole dish.

  3. 3

    Make topping. Mix butter with brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg till it looks like fine crumbs. Add oatmeal and nuts. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.

  4. 4

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes till the top is light brown.
