  1. 4 largepeaches cut in half pitt removed
  2. 1 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupdistilled white vinegar
  4. 10whole cloves
  5. 1 tspground cinnamon
  6. 1/4 tspginger paste
  7. 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  8. 1/4 tspallspice

Steps

    Heat the vinegar add sugar

  2. 2

    Add spices and peaces

  3. 3

    Bring to Boil turn to simmer let cool refrigerate let sit a week

  4. 4

    Keep in the fridge for up to 4 months
