8 servings
  • 4 largepeaches cut in half pitt removed
  • 1 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupdistilled white vinegar
  • 10whole cloves
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspginger paste
  • 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tspallspice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the vinegar add sugar

  2. 2

    Add spices and peaces

  3. 3

    Bring to Boil turn to simmer let cool refrigerate let sit a week

  4. 4

    Keep in the fridge for up to 4 months
