Ingredients

40 servings
  1. 1 packagesfresh white mushrooms, about 40 or so
  2. 2sausages, any kind, cooked
  3. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  4. 1/4 cupbreadcrumbs
  5. 5 ozfrozen spinach, thawed
  6. 8 ozcontainer herb and garlic cream cheese
  7. seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Remove stems from mushrooms.

  3. 3

    Mix everything but the mushroom caps in a food processor or blender.

  4. 4

    Spoon mixture into a Ziploc bag (for piping), or directly into mushroom caps.

  5. 5

    Bake mushrooms on a cookie sheet for 20-30 minutes or until mushrooms are dark brown and filling is bubbly.
