Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour
  2. 2/3 cupground almonds 2 oz
  3. 1/4 tspground cinamon
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 cupbutter
  6. 2/3 cupsugar
  7. 1egg
  8. 1/2 tspvanilla
  9. 1/2 cuprasp jam
  10. 1powdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat 350

  2. 2

    combine dry ingred

  3. 3

    beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy

  4. 4

    add egg and flavor mix well

  5. 5

    add flour until incorporated

  6. 6

    divide onto 2 pieces press into 2 disks 1 in thick

  7. 7

    wrap frig 2 hours

  8. 8

    roll dough out 1/8 in thick cut half solid backs half top cut outs

  9. 9

    bake 10 to 12 min
