In pot on low heat, add Semolina until lightly brown

Remove Semolina. In same pot, add butter until golden

On low heat, add Semolina to melted butter. Drop in a cinnamon stick. Mix to a smooth texture

Add boiling water until roughly 1 fingernails worth above the Semolina. Take off stove.

Add the sugar and ground elatchi. Note: microwave elatchi to remove skin
