Cooking Instructions

Detach the drumstick leaves from the stem.

Cook Moong Dal and drumstick leaves with Water, Garlic, Green chilli and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker for 2-3 whistle.

(You can grind coconut with garlic and add) - But mine is without coconut
- 4
In a small pan heat rest of the coconut oil and mustard seeds, red chilies and curry leaves. When mustard seeds starts popping switch of heat and add to cooked dal muringa mixture.

Enjoy warm with rice or roti.
