for the rub
1 tbsppaprika
1 tspturmeric
1 tspground cumin
1 tspground black pepper
1 tspsalt
1 ozolive oil
2 kgwhole chicken
100 gramsbacon chopped
1 mediumlemon

Pour olive oil on chicken

Mix the spices then rub over the chicken. Leave for fifteen minutes.

Season the chicken from the inside with salt and pepper. Add bacon then whole lemon.

Roast on charcoal for best flavor. One and half hour. Turning every twenty minutes.
