In a bowl mix all dry seasoning together.

Rub the pork roast on all sides. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Pre heat oven to 450°F.

Place Roast in 450°F oven for 10 mins to get the nice color.

Turn down the oven temp to 250°F and finish cooking for an hour.

Once done take out pork roast wrap in foil and let sit for 15mins DON'T CUT IT YET!!!!

Take off foil and watch it cut like butter.
