Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 10pitted prunes
  2. 3/4 cupChamomile tea ( I used two tea bags for a stronger flavor)
  3. 1Banana
  4. 1Orange
  5. 1/2 cupGreek Honey Yogurt
  6. 3/4 cupGoat milk (healthy & nutritious you can use whatever milk you like)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the prunes in a heatproof bowl and pour over the hot tea. Leave to stand for 30 minutes or until the tea is cold.

  2. 2

    Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.

  3. 3

    Cut the peel and pith away from the orange and divide into segments.

  4. 4

    Tip the prunes and tea into a blender, add the banana and orange and blend until smooth.

  5. 5

    Add the yogurt and milk and blend again until combined.

  6. 6

    Pour into glasses.
