Steps

Soak rice and cut the veges in small cubes.

Now add ghee in kadai and add whole garam masala and all vegies fry it.

Keep side the fried veg.and boil the rice

When rice is half boil add all veg and simmer it for 5 mn now add salt and biryani masala.

Now biryani is ready to serve with raita...
