In a mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, onion, chilli, ginger, green chillies, yogurt, mint chopped, coriander leaves chopped, garam masala powder, salt and lemon zest.

Mix with hand until everything is incorporated but don't overwork it.

Cover with foil and let marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour to six hours.

Preheat the oven 200 ° C for 10 minutes.

Scoop out a big ball of the meat mixture and pierce it through the skewer. Working quickly but gently spread the meat on the skewer with your hands.
