Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 1/3 cupmilk
  4. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  5. 1 packages(9 ounces) yellow cake mix
  6. 1 packages(8 1/2 ounces) corn bread/muffin mix

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, combine eggs, water, milk and oil.

    Stir in both mixes and mix well.

  3. 3

    Fill greased and floured muffin cups half full.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°F for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove from pan to wire racks.

  7. 7

    *This recipe makes about 14 muffins.*

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
