Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 lbsbeef stew meat cubed
  2. 1 Tbsp.Morton season all salt
  3. 2 tsp.black pepper
  4. 1 Tbsp.Italian seasonings
  5. 3/4 cupflour
  6. 1 (6 oz)pack roasted garlic cloves
  7. 1 lbbag petite gold potatoes quartered
  8. 1 lbbag baby carrots
  9. 1 cupwhite onion diced
  10. 1/2 cupcelery diced
  11. 1 canpetite diced tomatoes not drained
  12. 1 (32 oz)carton low sodium beef broth
  13. 2 Tbspred wine vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In slow cooker add in beef cubes, flour, seasoning salt, pepper and italian seasonings and mix up well Then mix in all vegetables. Mix broth with red wine vinegar and pour over and mix. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with buttered cornbread :-)
