Ingredients

  1. 1a whole chicken
  2. 2whole carrots
  3. 2whole celery stalks
  4. 1whole UNPEELED onion
  5. 1tie together a herb bundle of rosemary & thyme
  6. 1salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean & place chicken into a stock pot fill with water, add the vegetables and herbs season with salt & pepper.

  2. 2

    When chicken is fully cooked remove it and strain the broth. Freeze in ice cube trays! !
