  • 4 slicechicken breasts
  • 4 sliceparma ham
  • 4 slicepecorino cheese
  • 2 tbsparomatic vinegar
  • 4 eachsage's leaf
  • 1 bunchrosemary

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Put salt and rosemary on the chicken

  2. 2

    Put a slice of Parma ham on each chicken sliver

  3. 3

    Put a slice of pecorino on each slice of Parma ham

  4. 4

    Roll every chicken sliver on itself and close it with toothpicks

  5. 5

    Add more rosemary and put the roulades in a pan with olive oil

  6. 6

    Simmer with vinegar until it will be reduced
