  1. 150 gramsbutter
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1 cupflour
  5. 1vanilla extract
  6. 250 gramsbutter
  7. 500 gramsicing sugar
  8. 1sugar paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 150, mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla, mix for 5 mins, bake for 12-15 mins. Leave to cool.

  2. 2

    Buttercream: whisk butter until light, add icing sugar then small amount of milk to soften.

  3. 3

    Make animals from sugar paste.
