First take a bowl and add gram flour carom seeds red chilli powder and make a better with water.better should be fine not thin.

Now add all the chopped vegies in better and salt.beat it for some time.when vegies and better mixed leavet it for 2-3 mnt.

Now heat one teaspoon oil in pan.and take better and make cheelas.when one side colour become brown turn it.
