Ingredients

  1. 1Peach
  2. 1/4cooking white wine
  3. 1 tspcinnamon
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. 1 tsplime juice
  6. 1pecans
  7. 1/4praline

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the peach down the middle and remove seed

  2. 2

    Cover peach with lime juice

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the peach with the cinnamon sugar and put to the side

  4. 4

    Turn your stove on and place the peach cut side down

  5. 5

    Add praline and pecans

  6. 6

    When it starts to sizzle add the white wine and more lime Juice

  7. 7

    Place the peach and sauce in the broiler let it cook until soft

  8. 8

    Remove and serve over your favorite ice cream...enjoy
