Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 gallonOrange juice no pulp
  2. 3 cupSugar
  3. 2 tbspVanilla extract
  4. 1 cupFrench vanilla dry coffee creamer
  5. 4 cup190 proof everclear
  6. 1 cupVanilla vodka for taste

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big pot boil everything but alcohol

  2. 2

    Stir until creamer is dissolved

  3. 3

    Cool to room temp

  4. 4

    Add everclear and vodka

  5. 5

    Stir

  6. 6

    Jar then refrigerate

  7. 7

    Let sit for at least 2 weeks

  8. 8

    The longer it sits the smoother it gets

  9. 9

    It will separate while in fridge just shake it before drinking

  10. 10

    Yields 6 quarts and a pint

  11. 11

    Cut some vanilla beans up and scrape the inside into your batch it will be even better
