  • 1/2 cupraisins
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 2 tbspheavy cream
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 tspRum extract
  • 1 eachegg
  • 2 tbspBrown sugar
  • 3 cupflour
  • 2 tbspdry milk
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspyeast

Steps

  1. 1

    Add raisins to the rum in a non reactive bowl.

  2. 2

    Add everything in the correct order to the bread machine (except rum and raisins). Add rum and raisins at the signal.
