Easy chicken beans porridge recipe

Wash Chicken in a small pot and cook with ½ tsp of salt, 1 stock cube, ⅓ part of the onion and curry and thyme, then set aside

Place a pot of water on heat/heat, wash in the beans, cover and allow to boil
- 3
Once it's starts to boil, remove from heat and pour in a sieve to drain the water. Rinse the pot and place back on heat

Also rinse the beans with water and pour back into the pot. Add water like 2inches above the bean, the remaining salt and part of the onions. Cover and allow to cook until soft

Once the beans is soft and more than half of the water has dry down, pour in the cooked chicken together with the stock water

Add the stew and stire well. Cover and allow to boil well for some minutes

Stire in the vegetable leaf and the remaining onion and cook for 2 more mins

Turn off the heat and serve warm with garri or pap
