Ek kadai mein thoda oil leke usse garam krlo. Fir isme lambe katte onion dalo.

Onion ko golden brown hone tak bhunna hai.brown hone ke baad isse side mein rakh do.

Jo oil kadai mein bacha hai usme tamater or shimla mirch lambi lambi kaat kar daal do.

Tamater or shimla mirch ko 5-7 min tak bhunna hai.

Fir golden brown onion or bhunne hue tamater or shimla mirch ko grind kar le. Lekin mota mota pisse.

Ussi kadai mein white butter ke saath ginger garlic ka paste daale or hing,kasuri methi ke saath mutton daal kar bhune 7 to 8 min tak fir usme grind kiya hua masala daale.

In sbko bhi 5 minute tak bhune.

Fir is mein 1 glass water add kar ke cooker mein 3 sitti lgwaye fir km aanch par 5 min tak rakhe. Uske baad steam nikal jaane ke baad garma garam serve karein....
