Chocolate Cornflakes

I had leftover Cornflakes at home and nobody knows what to do with it (my brother likes them but he had left for college) so I just made these little tidbits for whatever ocassion that demands finger snacks (ie movies).
To melt the chocolate, a microwave might be quicker and more convenient for some. Just make sure you don't overheat it or the chocolate will become rough.

Steps
- 1
Melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water.
- 2
Leave chocolate to cool for three to five minutes, or until lukewarm.
- 3
Add the Cornflakes into the chocolate and stir carefully, coating the flakes with chocolate. Or you can pour the chocolate over the flakes- it works the same.
- 4
Carefully spoon lumps into small muffin cups (is that what you call them) and leave to cool completely until the chocolate has set.
