Ingredients

  1. 5 lbfresh carrots
  2. 2 stickCelery
  3. 5 eachmedium white onions
  4. 1 gallonvegetable broth
  5. 3 clovegarlic cloves
  6. 1 bunchfresh basil
  7. 1 tspdill weed
  8. 1 tsprosemary
  9. 1 tsporegano
  10. 1 tspground cumin
  11. 1/2 tspcurry powder
  12. 2 tsppaprika
  13. ground black pepper
  14. 2bay leaf
  15. 2 cupalmond milk
  16. piececilantro

Cooking Instructions

    Cut carrots, onions and celery

  2. 2

    Saute carrots, onions and celery till soft or translucent with 3 tablespoons of watter.

    Add the vegetables to the pot and add the vegetable broth

  4. 4

    Add the rest of ingredients except milk and cilantro and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or till tender.

    Add the milk and boil for 1 min

  6. 6

    Add to food processor or blender until smooth. Enjoy garnish with cilantro
