Preheat oven to 375. Season steak with salt and pepper I added a little balsamic vinegar for tenderness. Peel shrimp. Heat two separate skillet with butter garlic and olive oil. Season shrimp and mushrooms to your liking. Add to skillet cook till desired tenderness. Cook steak til desired tenderness as well as the potatoes I made the potatoes for about 30 minutes the stakes 10 minutes on each side for medium well. Split apart potatoes add butter salt pepper, then add sour cream shrimp diced green onions, and shredded cheese. Top the steak with mushrooms and you can also top the potatoes with then add chopped parsley for garnish.
