cut ready to eat fried beancurds sheets then set aside

in pan with oil fry ginger with onion till fragrant but not brown then add spicy sauce / sambal sauce or any store bought sambal oelek then add light soy sauce for half a minute in low heat then add lime juice

add mushroom and fried beancurds sheets mix well

dry fry for about 2 minute then add green chili mix well and off heat
