Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 kgpork belly
  2. 1water
  3. 10 clovegarlic
  4. 3 tbspshrimp paste
  5. 3 tbspsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    cut pork into small cubes

  2. 2

    place pork in the casserole & add just right amount of water to cover the pork (& a little over)

  3. 3

    add soy sauce

  4. 4

    simmer till tender

  5. 5

    off the flame & separate pork meat from remaining sauce

  6. 6

    in a pan, saute chopped garlic till brown

  7. 7

    add shrimp paste or anchovies & let it simmer for about 2minutes

  8. 8

    add pork meat to the pan & mix

  9. 9

    finally add remaining sauce. add msg & pepper is optional.
