Steps

Boil one kg full cream milk in a heavy bottomed wok, lower the flame and let it boil till it starts thickening, stir occasionally.

Now stir constantly till it becomes like a lump and leaves the wok...And it's ready.

Final outcome will be about 250-350 gms depending upon the quality of milk.

Use this mawa to make barfi,ladoo,kheer,halwa etc.
