Ingredients

  1. 1 headred cabbage, chopped
  2. 1sweet red apple, sliced
  3. 1white onion, sliced
  4. 1/3 cupsugar
  5. 1/3 cupwhite vinegar
  6. 3/4 tsp.salt
  7. 1/4 tsp.pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a large dutch oven with lid, layer the cabbage, onion and apples. Cover and place in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    Remove from oven and add remaining ingredients. Stir to fully incorporate.

    Enjoy!
