1 tbspplain natural yogurt
1 packagesfirm silken tofu
1banana, sliced
1 bagof semisweet/ dark chocolate chunks

Put the bag of chocolate chunks into a jug and pour on hot water.

Leave until the chocolate is melted...about 5 minutes

Take the chocolate chunks bag out of the hot water and allow to cool a little bit.

Put first three ingredients into a jug mixer

Snip the top off the bag of chocolate chunks and pour into the jug mixer.

Mix on high power, stopping every now and then to scrape down the sides. Do this until very smooth.

Pour into dessert dishes.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Easy and yummy. Hint: use tofu at room temp. If not, it hardens the chips after they have been melted.
