This recipe is a great idea for lunches for both kids and adults as it is incredible simple, quick, and cheap to make. If, like myself, you would consider yourself a pizza addict then this is the perfect recipe for you. It's a very healthy alternative to pizza that won't ruin your diet. Another great thing about this recipe is it makes just one serving which makes it ideal for midweek lunches. I prefer to keep it simple but you could add any toppings you wish

Ingredients

  1. 1 largeTortilla
  2. Tomato purée
  3. 1/4 packagesMozzarella
  4. Oregano (optional)
  5. Mixed Leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Spread the tomato purée on the tortilla. Use a little or a lot depending on your preference.

    Slice mozzarella and place on top of pizza

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 180°C

  4. 4

    Sprinkle oregano on top of the pizza (optional)

  5. 5

    Place in the oven for 10 minutes until the mozzarella has melted and the tortilla is slightly crispy

  6. 6

    Add the mixed leaves and any sauce (I like to use sweet BBQ) on top of the pizza (optional)
