Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 oz(28G.) hibiscus dried flowers
  2. 4 cupboiling water
  3. 1Cracked ice
  4. 312-ounce bottles ginger beer

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium saucepan,steep the hibiscus flowers in the boiling water until deep red ,25 minutes; discard the flowers.

  2. 2

    Add ice to glass and fill halfway with the tea.

  3. 3

    Top off the drink with ginger beer.
