I tried out this recipee when I tasted a beef stock in a certain hotel which was delicious.I figured it was wise to know how to prepare atleast on type of stock.

Steps

Boil the chicken with some onions,garlic etc till ready.Once cooked,drain the soup in a bowl.

On a different pan,heat the oil,add onions and fry till Golden.Add the tomatoes,simmer.

Pour in the royco and salt.Stir gently while adding the soup.

Let it boil,when ready remove from heat.For more thickness you can add a tablespoon of corn flour.
