  • Apinch of salt
  • Oil
  • 1onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1gkass of water
  • Royco

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice kidney, tomtoes and onions

  2. 2

    Add oil and onions in a sufuri, add kidney and stir. Allow to cook for 15min

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and crash add salt and royco stir

  4. 4

    Add one glass of water and allow to boil

  5. 5

    Serve with rice
