Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 1 canbeets
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 3eggs
  • dashsalt
  • 2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 4 tbspchocolate powder (I used nesquik)
  • 2 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain the beets.

  2. 2

    In a blender. Beat the beets, oil, and eggs together.

  3. 3

    Pour the into a mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Add all the dry ingredients to the bowl. Flour, sugar, salt, chocolate powder, and baking powder.

  5. 5

    Mix everything together.

    Spray your pan. Bake at 350°F for about 25min

  7. 7

    Enjoy!
