Ingredients

  1. 16 ozheavy cream
  2. 4 ozaged parmesen
  3. 1 1/2 tbspcorn starch
  4. 2 tspgarlic
  5. 1 tbspItalian seasoning
  6. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter on low heat

  2. 2

    Add garlic and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2 minutes.

    Add cream stirring constantly. Bring to medium heat.

  4. 4

    When cream is up to heat slowly add aged parmesen.

  5. 5

    Mix corn starch with 2 tablespoons water and pour into mixture. Stir constantly as you pour.
