1 kgunga ya wimbi

Boil water until sizzling hot.

Add a cup of flour and let it boil until you see form start rising up.

Use a mwiko to start turning then as you add flour

When you finish adding flour continue turning until it is firm.

Then cover for a 2minutes then over turn on a plate and serve.
