Steps

Make a paste of dry red chilli,turmeric, green & black cardamom,cloves.

Make another paste of onion,tomato & ginger garlic.

Marinate the chicken with curd, 4spn onion ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, salt, chicken masala & keep it in fridge for an hour.

Heat ghee,add red chilli paste & fry it for a while.

Add onion paste & make a soft mixture.

Add marinated chicken & hot water to boil.

Cover it & cook it well.

Reduce the water & add garam masala powder.

Make a thick gravy & switch off the gas.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
