Ingredients

1big garlic
1 tbspsalt
1/2 tbsplal Mirch powder or 6-7 lal mirch
1/2 tsplemon juice
1 tspoil
1/2 spoonmusterd seeds(pissi hui)

Steps

Take a bowl. Add garlic peeled and cut ki hui.

Add salt, mirchi powder, lemon juice

Mix well. Blend it. And make a smooth paste.

Now take pan. Heat pan. Add oil. When oil some burn add rai. Flame off. Add garlic paste. Mix well.

Ready to eat rice dish etc..
