For dough- tak e large mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt,oil. start kneading the dough by adding water. kneading is the keyhere, the dough should be soft and smooth. cover the dough and leave it aside for about 10 minutes.

For filling- tak a bowl,add mashed potatoes and all ingredients properly mix very well. filling is ready.

Now make equal size balls from the dough prepared above. do the same for filling as well. dust the suface with some flour and then roll dough to a small round.

Now close the dough ball and esure the filling does not come out. start rolling out the parathas gents dust with flour if required. cut with the knife in triangular shape for eyes and nose then make a mouth with the knife again.

Heat tawa and start cooking parathas. drizzle butter and wait until paratha are cooked evenly on both sides. arrange the cooked parathas in a plate, decorated with green coriander levels and tomato sauce and serve.
