White rice with chicken sauce
My handy sauce
Steps

Wash and cut chicken.boil with half cup of water.

Spice with salt,thyme,curry,maggi cubes and onion.

Boil for 20minutes then add more water for the sauce.allow it to boil for 3mins.

Select the chicken out,add curry,salt,maggi and thyme.

Boil for about 2mins.mix flour with little amount of water and pour in.

Stir very well to avoid lumps.boil for 2minutes.keep aside.

Wash and cut the cabbage,carrots,green peas,green pepper,

Heat up the frying pan up onces is dry pour in groundnut oil.

Then add sliced onion,and green pepper, cabbage,green pepper,carrots and lastly spring onion.

Fry for 40seconds.put back the sauce on heat and pour in the vegetables.

Stir and bring it down.add the chicken.

Parboil rice for 12mins,drain the water and wash.

Boil water and pour in the rice.

Add salt as is boiling.leave it to dry and taste to confirm is soft.
