Ingredients

  • batter
  • 2 cuporiginal or heart smart bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cupcheddar cheese (any cheese will work)
  • 2/3 cupmilk
  • butter sauce
  • 2 tbspbutter or margarine
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder

  1. 1

    Preheat to 450°F

  2. 2

    Combine Bisquick, milk, & cheese until soft dough forms.

  3. 3

    Drop spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. I make mine a bit bigger.

  4. 4

    Bake 8-10 min or until tops are golden brown

  5. 5

    Melt butter in microwave in microwave safe cup. stir in garlic. brush over biscuits. serve warm
